We are not attorneys and we do not provide legal advice. What we do is apply meticulous administrative precision to every document, every form, and every filing — so that families pursuing a lawful path have a trusted partner in the paperwork. We take the compliance burden seriously because our clients' futures depend on it.
To further support our clients, we offer the Grobsmith National AI Assistant — a 24/7 administrative and educational tool that provides general public information from USCIS, DHS, and the U.S. Department of State. Like all our services, the AI Assistant is strictly non-lawyer: it does not provide legal advice, eligibility determinations, or guarantees. A free tier is available with limited questions, and a paid Preparer subscription offers unlimited access and document organization assistance.
For local employers, we also offer the Employer Compliance & Audit Portal — a dedicated B2B software platform that helps businesses track employee work-authorization documents, manage rosters, and generate automated monthly compliance audit certificates. The Portal is administrative tracking software only: it is not affiliated with E-Verify, USCIS, or any government agency, and employers remain solely responsible for their own regulatory compliance. Two subscription tiers are available — a Micro Roster for up to 15 employees and an uncapped Growth Roster with bulk CSV import.

Meet the Founder
Grayson Grobsmith’s life is defined by three core pillars: his family, his faith, and his dedication to public service. A devoted family man, Grayson lives in Waycross with his wife, Makenna, and their son, Richard Gray. Everything Grayson builds—including Grobsmith National—is rooted in a desire to pass down a legacy of hard work, responsibility, and strong Christian values to his son, while protecting and serving the community they call home.
His path into public service began early. Elected to local party leadership at just 19 years old, Grayson became the youngest to serve in his seat, putting the community above politics. Guided by conservative principles, he continues to serve his community, his state, and his country across multiple appointed local board positions.
This deep sense of civic duty was sharpened by years of hands-on experience. Grayson spent nearly five years clerking with Waycross attorney Deen Strickland, mastering meticulous administrative and documentation workflows. He later served as a congressional intern for First District Congressman Buddy Carter. It was there, handling urgent constituent casework, that he saw firsthand how federal bureaucracy leaves local families stranded over passport delays and complex immigration files.
Grayson launched Grobsmith National to solve those exact problems. He believes deeply that lawful entry, orderly residency, and strict corporate compliance are the bedrocks of a safe, stable, and welcoming nation. Grobsmith National delivers pristine clerical support, passport routing, and workforce verification—built on a foundation of family values and public integrity.
