Grobsmith National - Immigration and Passport Solutions is a registered and bonded Immigration Assistance Provider in the State of Georgia. WE ARE NOT ATTORNEYS LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW AND MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE.
Under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 43-20A), our services are strictly limited to non-legal, administrative, and clerical assistance. We cannot provide legal strategies, select specific visa paths, or represent clients before government agencies or immigration courts. Georgia law requires a written, signed consumer contract and a transparent statutory fee schedule to be provided to and executed by the client before any form preparation services can officially begin or compensation can be accepted.
Grobsmith National provides professional, non-legal clerical document preparation, form transcription, document translation, vital records tracking, U.S. passport routing, and corporate Form I-9 verification support. All services are performed strictly based on information, answers, and physical documentation provided directly by the client.
Use of this application, submission of an online inquiry, or execution of an administrative service contract does not create an attorney-client relationship. Clients seeking legal analysis, statutory interpretation, or legal representation must consult with a licensed attorney.
The client assumes full responsibility for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of all biographical data and legal documents provided to Grobsmith National for form transcription.
We collect personal biographical data, contact information, identity documents, and questionnaire responses solely to fulfill client requests for passport routing, workforce verification, and administrative form preparation.
Grobsmith National utilizes industry-standard encryption and secure local data processing frameworks. All client questionnaires, vital records, and sensitive identification inputs are securely handled and protected against unauthorized access.
We do not sell, trade, or transfer client personal information to outside third parties. Data is only transmitted to official government agencies (such as USCIS, CBP, or the Department of State) at the explicit direction and authorization of the client during package assembly.
The Grobsmith National AI Assistant is an administrative, clerical, and educational tool that provides general public information from official sources including USCIS, DHS, and the U.S. Department of State. The AI Assistant is available to registered users 24/7 through the Grobsmith National application and may be accessed via the "AI Assistant" link in the site navigation.
The AI Assistant is NOT an attorney and does NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, legal strategies, or case evaluations. It does not determine eligibility for any visa, green card, citizenship, or relief from removal. It does not guarantee approval, processing times, or positive outcomes for any petition or application. If a user requests legal strategy, defense, or individual legal assessments, the AI Assistant will decline and direct the user to consult a qualified, licensed immigration attorney.
The AI Assistant offers two tiers: a Free tier limited to five (5) questions per account, and a paid Preparer subscription at $29.99 per month which includes unlimited questions and administrative document organization assistance. The Preparer subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time through the account management interface. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All subscription fees are processed securely through our payment provider.
Users may upload documents to the AI Assistant for administrative review and organization. Uploaded documents are processed securely and are not shared with third parties. Document content is used solely to provide the requested administrative assistance within the current chat session. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to upload any documents provided. Files must not exceed 10MB.
Responses generated by the AI Assistant are produced using artificial intelligence and may contain errors or outdated information. The AI Assistant will not fabricate forms, fees, deadlines, or procedures. Users must always verify information against official government sources (USCIS.gov, DHS.gov, travel.state.gov) before taking any action.
Use of the AI Assistant does not create an attorney-client relationship with Grobsmith National or any of its representatives. All interactions with the AI Assistant are subject to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy described above.
The Grobsmith National Employer Compliance & Audit Portal is a business-to-business (B2B) software application that enables employers to track employee work-authorization documents, manage workforce rosters, and generate automated monthly compliance audit certificates. The Portal is accessible to subscribed employers through the "Compliance Portal" link and provides a centralized dashboard for monitoring document expiration dates, roster health, and audit-readiness.
The Compliance Portal is administrative tracking software only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to E-Verify, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or any other government agency. The Portal does not constitute legal advice, does not perform eligibility determinations, and does not guarantee that an employer is in compliance with any local, state, or federal law. Employers retain sole responsibility for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable employment-verification and immigration laws.
The Compliance Portal is offered in two subscription tiers: a Micro Roster plan at $29.99 per month (limited to 15 employees) and a Growth Roster plan at $59.99 per month (unlimited employees, including bulk CSV import). Both tiers include the compliance dashboard and automated monthly audit certificate. Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time through the account management interface; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. All subscription fees are processed securely through our payment provider.
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all employee roster data entered into the Portal, including names, hire dates, document types, and expiration dates. Employee data stored in the Portal is handled securely and is not shared with third parties. The Portal does not submit any information to government agencies on behalf of the employer. Employers are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of employee documents and for maintaining original Form I-9 records as required by law.
Automated monthly compliance audit certificates are generated on the 1st of each month and emailed to subscribed employers. These certificates summarize roster statistics, document-expiration status, and overall compliance health. Audit certificates are administrative reports only — they are not legal certifications, do not constitute a legal opinion, and do not guarantee compliance with any regulatory requirement. A mandatory administrative disclaimer is included on every dashboard view, exported report, and audit certificate.
